The Board of Realtors MLS site has listings similar to ours. Unlike here, where the postings go up the same day they are sent to the listing broker, however, the Realtors take a few days. The pictures are also on the small side. Otherwise, it is a fabulous site.

Looking for homes being resold by other agencies? (We're not allowed to use the word "foreclosure".) VA Homes is a good place to start. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac also take bids on used homes. Or you could go to towerauctions.com, which lists REOs from a number of sources nationally.

Most realtors could probably advise you and submit a bid for you, but we have been doing this regularly for over twenty years and know all the intricacies. Give us a a call if you are an investors or looking for a home (i.e. not a competing real estate agent) and we will fax you a weekly list of what is available on the local market. It includes much value-added research.
